This was the grand launch of the McLaren automotive line in Bellevue, Wa and was held at Drivers Club in Redmond, Wa. We collaborated with their event photographer to provide complete coverage of the event including arrival of guests, details of the event and more. We reached out to the musician who was hired for the event to provide a custom music bed for the promo video. This video was shared on the McLaren website as well as all social media platforms.

This is an event recap highlight video for cocopop!, a recent “multi-sensory event” for people to come and connect all while enjoying the many varieties of chocolate. The event was put on by the Seattle Chocolate Company and we were hired to not only capture the event but to produce and edit a short recap video for social media and their website. This video was edited and delivered within 24 hours of the event for the client to be able to immediately share online. RAW video was also provided for future use.

We shot this live event video for Khoros at one of their networking events at the Starbucks Headquarters in Seattle, Wa. Besides filming details of the event, the attendees arriving and interacting with each other, we set up a recording to capture all of the live audio from the presentations to use later in the edited highlight video. Some of the guest speakers included executives from Expedia, Microsoft and Starbucks.

We shot an event video for the May 2019 meeting of Wedding Network Seattle. These events are usually attended by weddings vendors from all over the Seattle area. We captured live audio of the welcome speeches and presentations and weaved it together with b-roll from the event to produce a unique marketing video for Wedding Network Seattle. This was the first event ever held at this venue, and the video was also used by the venue for their own online marketing on social media and their website.

Om Mama Co. had their official launch event in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood and hired us to provide videography coverage of the the event. We interviewed the founder Meredith and weaved that audio along with b-roll captured at the event to produce their event video. This video was used to market future events online as well as to give a snapshot synopsis of what Om Mama Co. is and what their goals are for moving forward.

Operation Warm is a non-profit who has hired us for the last 3 years to shoot and edit their events in the Seattle area. Besides capturing footage of the event, we always record interviews with the volunteers, Operation Warm’s management, and the kids who are positively affected by receiving a warm coat at the event. These videos are used online and on social media to promote future Operation Warm events around the country.

For years Get Hitched, Give Hope was a charity auction where various wedding vendors would donate their services to raise money for Mary’s Place. Besides providing aerial drone coverage of the event, which took place on Seattle’s waterfront, we used live audio captured at the event along with footage of the guests and vendors interacting. We put together a highlight recap video that was shared online for event attendees to enjoy.

We were hired by the Washington Food Industry Association to provide videography coverage for their “Best Bagger” competition. We ended up attaching a microphone to the MC of the event so we could capture her audio live as she commentated and announced the event. By taking that audio we were able to piece together a unique one-of-a-kind promo video that the client could use to recap the event and promote future events of a similar nature.
